Our School

Westside Elementary is one of three public elementary schools serving the children and families of Clewiston, Florida. We opened in 1989 after the Hendry County School District reorganized the existing Clewiston campuses, to accommodate a growing student population. Stability is one of the strong-points of our school. Our school colors are purple and white, and we chose the Warrior as our mascot. We currently serve approximately 500 students in our Kindergarten thru 5th grade, and strongly believe that "Westside is the BEST SIDE".
